Please use the booking form to make any changes
The details from your last booking form are stored if you make changes to your booking using the same device (phone / Laptop). Than means you only need to update the fields you'd like to change. Quick, simple, and nothing gets missed. You can:

Change Date

Change Treatments / Number of Horses

Change times you can not do

Cancel your booking
Now this bit is super important! ...I'm on the road 3 or 4 very long days a week and my PA doesn’t have access to my phone. Sending updates directly to me via text, Facebook messenger or WhatsApp are almost impossible to track and very easily missed. To avoid this, please always use the booking form to make changes.
Why does this matter?
Each day takes at least 2 hours to plan and issue appointments. Additional treatments, Times you can't do, or cancellations AFTER appointment times have been issued often mean the whole day needs to be replanned. This has a knock on affect on other yards appointments (who will have also received their appointment time confirmation by now), as well as the additional time and staffing costs to my little business which can be significant.
You can make changes at any point up until 9am on the Monday of the week of your appointment. That’s when my PA downloads the week’s booking forms and starts planning routes, so please please make sure everything is correct by then.
Need to check your booking details?
An instant email confirmation is sent to you automatically after you book.
If you don’t see it, check your Junk Folder or revisit the booking form link to confirm your email address was entered correctly.
Note: The appointment date on the email appears in American date format (MM/DD/YYYY). Unfortunately I’m unable to change this, and I know it can sometimes cause confusion!
When will you receive your appointment time?
Appointment times are sent out on the Monday or Tuesday of the week you're booked in, so around 3 to 4 days before your visit.
I appreciate you may also need to arrange your day plans - Just keep your availability updated using the form. If you have limited flexibility, feel free to note down other dates that also work for you.
