All new bookings, changes to bookings and cancellations must be made online
(no direct messages please unless your appointment has already been issued)
Changes | cancellations must be made by 6pm on the Sunday before your appointment
- so before we plan routes. (dont worry - I'll send you a reminder)
Please double check your booking receipt email. Common mistakes include:
home instead of yard postcode | incorrect date | wrong zone
