Use The Horsebox Spa’s self‑service online booking system at https://www.thehorseboxspa.co.uk/book-online.
Here you will find, area/zone dates, the latest availability and an online booking form.
You can create a new booking, change an existing booking or cancel a booking
After submitting, you’ll receive an automatic email confirming the details, check that the date, yard postcode and year etc are correct
- 03
1. Make sure you use your yard postcode (not your home postcode).
2. Ensure you've selected the correct date / zone for your yard locatioon
3. Double check the year for the Area Day Date - we run booking reports for each upcoming week by date. The wrong 'year' entered for example means we wont see your booking as it wont be picked up by our report
- 04
Yes. The automatic email confirms your booking details and includes a link to the Terms of Service. Common mistakes include using your home postcode instead of the yard postcode or selecting a date outside your zone, so please check these carefully.
- 05
Check your inbox, or Junk fold if its not there
Still can't find the email? It could be that you made an error entering your email address. Reopen the booking form using the same device, the information entered is stored.
Double check the email is correct. If it wasn't, correct your email, resubmit and you'll receive the email
The email is important because it confirms your booking details and includes the Terms of Service. If it doesn’t arrive, please contact us.

Use the same online booking form to submit any updates or cancellations; do not send direct messages. My PA, Kirsty, manages all appointments and does not have access to my phone, so using the form ensures nothing is missed. A handy tip is to use the same device you used for your original booking, as the form will remember your details.
- 07
The next communication is a reminder email sent roughly 7–10 days before your appointment. This automated email repeats your booking details, dates, your available times, treatments and number of horses and prompts you to update the booking form if anything has changed.
- 08
No response is needed unless something has changed. The reminder simply prompts you to double‑check your date, time availability, treatments and number of horses and update the booking form if necessary.
- 09
Changes or cancellations must be submitted before 6 p.m. on the Sunday before your appointment. After this time, bookings are closed and the Terms of Service apply. On Monday at 9 a.m. we start planning routes and issuing appointment times; if we haven’t heard from you by then, we assume your availability and treatments are unchanged.
- 10
You book into a Zone Day rather than a specific time. The Horsebox Spa covers a large area and serves up 7 - 10 yards per day.
On the booking form, you can note your availability; if you have time restrictions, provide alternative dates so we can try to accommodate you.
- 11
Although you can’t choose an exact slot, knowing your availability helps us design routes efficiently. If you have time restrictions, note them on the booking form and offer other date options so we can find a suitable time.
- 12
Kirsty, my PA, manages all bookings and does not have access to my phone. Using the booking form ensures updates are captured and integrated into the route planning process.
- 13
We confirm appointment times by email and text on the Monday of your appointment week. That Monday is our office day: we plan yard routes, cross‑check time rules, calculate timings and send appointments. If we need clarification, we may call or email you. It’s also the best day to reach us by phone, because I’m at my desk.
- 14
The Horsebox Spa covers over 150 miles per day, visits 7+ yards and treats 20–30 horses.
Planning routes is complex and takes my PA 2 to 3 hours per zone day.
Last‑minute changes disrupt the entire day’s schedule and often require re‑planning, leading to increased staff costs which can be significant for a small business like mine.
Keeping your booking updated helps us plan efficiently, reducing costs and helps keep prices fair for all our clients.
